Well after 11 days straight of work needless to say I was in no mood to go brave the overcrowded Irish bars and restaurants in the area. So we decided to spend the night in and have our friend Megan over for dinner. To help make the evening more festive I tried my hand at making green beer. I used more food coloring than I needed to so it was very green beer but overall I’d say it was a success. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
